The names “ILAVYA™” and “ILAVYA STUDIO™”, along with associated logo geometry and trade dress, are trademarks of Shreya Aggarwal (Proprietor, Ilavya Studio) protected under the Indian Trade Marks Act, 1999, common law, and applicable international intellectual property treaties.
Strict Prohibition: You may not copy, extract, reproduce, republish, distribute, reverse-engineer, screen-scrape, or use any visual assets, technical schematics, or concept blueprints for commercial purposes, competing pitch decks, or artificial intelligence / machine learning model training without explicit prior written authorization from Ilavya Studio.
Watermarks & Attribution: All studio marks, technical labels, and credits must remain intact.
3. Client Submissions & Non-Disclosure
Any initial project inquiries, briefs, or files submitted through our intake forms or direct contact links are reviewed strictly for business evaluation. Proprietary project specifics, unbuilt architectural floor plans, and commercial briefs shared for consultation are treated with standard commercial confidentiality.

All commercial engagements, deliverables, and invoices are subject to statutory settlement periods under Section 15 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006, requiring payment clearance within 15 days of invoice or within an agreed period not exceeding 45 days.
